Financial reporting notes
Billing progress reflects invoiced value, not physical construction completion. Retention is estimated until actual withheld amounts are mapped. Payroll, overhead, unassigned expenses, tax handling, and some payment allocations may require reconciliation. This dashboard does not write back to QuickBooks.
